Raspberry Reduction Sauce
This raspberry reduction pairs perfectly with any breafast! Top your favorite french toast, pancakes, muffins, or even toast!

- 12 oz Frozen Raspberries
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water (plus 2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
Add 2 cups rasbberries, 1/2 cup water and sugar to saucapan. Heat until sugar dissolves and add vanilla.
In a separate bowl, add cornstarch and 2 tbsp water.
Add to raspberry mixture and cook till thickened. (about 5 minutes)
Allow mixture to cool and add remaining raspberies. Cool in fridge till cool.
