
Smashed Potatoes
These are delicious and SO easy to make! Top with your favorite cheese, ranch, sour cream, or whatever you want!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Small Potatoes Red, small yellow, whatever you have.
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Avacado Oil
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Cheese (we use parm, but whatever you want)
- 1 tbsp Fresh or Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Slayer Salt (or regular salt)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Bring large pot to boil with salt. Drop potatoes in the pot and reduce heat to low boil.
- Cook until potatoes are soft (roughly 25 mins depending on size of potatoes). Test by piercing with a fork to ensure soft.
- Move to cookie sheet and smash with bottom of mason jar or something flat. Do not smash too fast or hard and ruin the sahpe.
- Top with avocado oil, Slayer Salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 mins. Flip, season the other side and cook an additional 10 minutes.
- Add cheese in the last 2 minutes and cook until melted.
- Top with parsley, additional cheese, or Slayer Salt along with sour cream or ranch.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
