Smashed Potatoes
These are delicious and SO easy to make! Top with your favorite cheese, ranch, sour cream, or whatever you want!

- 2 lbs Small Potatoes Red, small yellow, whatever you have.
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Avacado Oil
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Cheese (we use parm, but whatever you want)
- 1 tbsp Fresh or Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Slayer Salt (or regular salt)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Bring large pot to boil with salt. Drop potatoes in the pot and reduce heat to low boil.
Cook until potatoes are soft (roughly 25 mins depending on size of potatoes). Test by piercing with a fork to ensure soft.
Move to cookie sheet and smash with bottom of mason jar or something flat. Do not smash too fast or hard and ruin the sahpe.
Top with avocado oil, Slayer Salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 mins. Flip, season the other side and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Add cheese in the last 2 minutes and cook until melted.
Top with parsley, additional cheese, or Slayer Salt along with sour cream or ranch.
Serve warm and enjoy!
