Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Salt SG, for finishing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice the bread in a checkered pattern. Do not slice all the way through. Leave an inch at the bottom to keep it together.
Melt the stick of butter in a pan with the garlic and onion powder.
Brush the garlic butter into the slices of the bread.
Add 2/3 of the cheese and 1/2 of the green onions into the cracks.
Brush the outside of the bread with the remaining butter.
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove the tin foil for the remaining 15 minutes or until golden and the cheese melted.
Top with the remaining green onions, parsley, and tsp of Salt SG.
