Brown meat in a medium skillet wit tbsp of oil.
Mix spices and add to meat: salt, Bovine Blend, cumin, thyme.
Add chopped onions, pepper, and jalapeƱos to browned meat.
Stir until meat is fully cooked and veggies are cooked through. (about 10 minutes)
Add bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and hot sauce. Taste and adjust spices as needed. (I like mine hot.)
Add flour and water to form a creamy meat filling.
Roll out dough. (1/4 inch) Use top of mason jar to cut out circles.
Brush with egg wash around edges.
Add meat mixture to center.
Pull pastry to half-moon shapes and crimp edges with fork.
Brush egg wash on top of meat pies to create a golden finish.
Pan fry (or deep fry like video) for 3-5 mins each side until golden in color.
Top with Slayer Salt for an additional kick in flavor.
