Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 4 cups Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Whipped Cream
- Salt ES
Instructions
- Mix together cocoa powder, sugar, and chocolate chips in medium saucepan.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- Heat on medium heat till chocolate melts and mixture starts to boil.
- Serve topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, or Salt ES for a hint of espresso.
