Chimichurri

When grilled meats are brushed with chimichurri before or after cooking, the sauce infuses the meat with its flavorful goodness, enhancing the natural taste of the meat while adding a burst of freshness and zing. The parsley and other herbs in the sauce complement the meat's savory flavors, while the garlic adds a subtle, yet delightful kick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parlsey finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil (plus 2 tbsp) or Avacado Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Red Onions finely diced
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Slayer Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for up to an hour to allow the flavors to fully soak. Serve alongside your favorite grilled meats or vegetables!
