The Best Asparagus

I've converted asparagus haters into lovers with this recipe. It is top-notch! While we use our Pheasant's Harvest blend, you can substitute a salt blend of your choice until we release ours.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches Fresh Asparagus (thinner the better!!)
  • 1/2 Onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Pheasant's Harvest Use garlic, salt, pepper combo if you do not have PH.
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Infused Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Slayer Salt (For that extra kick in flavor) Add more if needed.

Instructions
 

  • Chop the fresh asparagus in half.
  • Slice your onion and mince the fresh garlic.
  • Add 3 tbsp of avocado oil to pan and heat on medium. Add onions and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes and add asparagus.
  • Add the lemon dressing, juice of one lemon, Pheasant's Harvest and cover.
  • Cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Add additional oil or dressing as needed.
  • Taste asparagus once soft and adjust spices as needed. (They vary depending on the size of the asparagus.)
  • Finish with some Slayer Salt for that extra kick.
